*cash pay rates are by the visit rather than the individualized codes
Contact us to find out which insurances are accepted. If we do not accept your insurance and you would still like our service, we will provide superbills so you can submit for reimbursement from any out-of-network insurances.
Dance Injury Screenings/ Injury Prevention Seminars
