$250 evaluation

$150 per 60 minute appointments + $0.50 per mile for mileage reimbursement if your address is outside a 20 mile radius of the office home base in Reno

$ 100 per 30 minute appointment+ $0.50 per mile for mileage reimbursement if your address is outside a 20 mile radius of the office home base in Reno

All cash pay clients are eligible for a buy 4 follow up visits, get the 5th visit of the same duration free package at their request.

Contact us to find out which insurances are accepted. If we do not accept your insurance and you would still like our service, we will provide superbills so you can submit for reimbursement from any out-of-network insurances.
